Join other community members to view and discuss the local implications of issues raised in the documentary Years Of Living Dangerously. This month Episode 3: The Surge will explore what an American climate change denier has learnt in the wake of Super Storm Sandy and will interview some of the worlds top climate scientists as they collect key data to unlock the past and future of our planets changing climate. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be served. For questions in relation to this event please contact Skye on 5662 9380.
Hi all, just realised that while I sent out the poster for this one via email, I didn't create the new event! If you can make it this week, please head to the event http://www.sustainabilitygippsland.com/event/community-talks-climate-presenting-the-years-of-living-dangerously-doco-episode-ice-brimstone and RSVP. Thanks and hope to see you there!
Hi all, Thanks to those who attended the night, it was again a good session. It is always great to see how in the face of challenging information we can work together to find ways towards a better future. After the meeting Lyndal and I got our heads together to put together a list of further information the session requested. I will add this to the Years of Living Info Sheet and update it on the Network's Group page. The next session is the 7th October 2015 and will be Episode Four: Ice & Brimstone. See you next time! Skye
