Peter Tacey & Carol Farrer of Middle Earth Herbs are opening their property to anyone interested in growing organic garlic. Peter is working through the process of growing garlic and getting registered as both organic and biodynamic. Learn what is involved and the challenges and returns of growing garlic. Peter also wants to tackle waterway issues and land slips on his farm. Please RSVP by Monday 18th May.

Hi, I just thought that people interested in this event might also be interested in something i just read: "According to the Australian Garlic Producers group, 95 per cent of Australia's garlic is imported from China and is often sprayed with chemicals that are banned in Australia".
