The Latrobe Community Health Service dietitians invite you to swap your surplus produce with others in your community.
Is your vegetable patch overflowing? Would you love to share your fresh produce with your local community? Latrobe Community Health Service is holding a fruit and vegetable swap at their offices in Morwell, Moe and Traralgon to celebrate Australia’s Healthy Weight Week during 16-22 February.
A member from the Yinnar community garden will attend to answer any question you may have. All you need to do is bring yourself and any fruit, vegetables, herbs, seeds or nuts that you would like to swap. No baked goods, eggs, meat or dairy products please. If you don’t have food to swap but would like to meet others and learn about what they grow at home, please join us!.
