Introductory Masterclass July 23rd will be all about Gippsland. We will taste a Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot, Shiraz and Cabernet, all from Gippsland. Marcus will take participants through the art of tasting and judging and recognising the features of different varieties. $80/head Marcus is an experienced winemaker and show judge, and was a Len Evans Tutorial Scholar in 2011. He produces his own wines under the Dirty 3 label and through his wine consultancy has worked with Waratah Hills, Purple Hen, Bellvale and Bass Phillip.
