The Co-op's first, grant-funded community energy project is the "Old Energy-New Energy" project (stages 1 & 2) is installing up to 100 kW solar panels and 25 kW/hr batteries at the State Coal Mine in Wonthaggi, the first significant community owned renewable energy installation in the region.
