Advanced Wine Masterclass

The Advanced Masterclass August 6th will look at a single producer, from a single vineyard, and look at how climate and weather effects the taste of the resulting wine. We will then look at wines from around the world to see how they differ, highlighting the different styles that can be made from the one variety. $90/head Marcus is an experienced winemaker and show judge, and was a Len Evans Tutorial Scholar in 2011. He produces his own wines under the Dirty 3 label and through his wine consultancy has worked with Waratah Hills, Purple Hen, Bellvale and Bass Phillip.
