Commencing in 1996 the Labertouche Landcare and Sustainable Farming Group has conducted many on farm and public reserve projects. Extensive tree plantations were destroyed in the Black Saturday Bushfire of February 2009, these have been replanted with local and outside community involvement. At present we are looking at projects relating to Feral animals in the Labertouche area in addition to continued tree planting as required.
