Revegetating the Snowy River / Newmerella escarpment and a section of the East Gippsland Rail Trail near Burn Road, Newmerella; engaging with school groups; doing lots of planting and trying to control weeds (including some horrors such as Bridal Creeper). We are also doing a community Fruit Fly awareness campaign with Snowy Growers (Orbost Community Garden). Another thing that we have in mind (if we get funding) is to do an upgrade of a fantastic old track which links between the Rail Trail at Newmerella and Grandview Lookout.
